Activity Junkie: While Shuffleboard is my latest favorite, I am always open to new activities around Austin, and usually allow Groupon to be my guide. I’ve had a blast checking out axe throwing, escape rooms, mystery dinner theaters, dance lessons, and of course indulged in some massages!
Can’t live without: My cell phone! Not only is it an important tool for running my business, but it keeps me grounded to be within a couple of taps away from my daughter, who is away at college.
Bucket list item: Too many to list! In all honesty, I am a huge bucket list person and I love crossing things off that notepad. I am currently working on fulfilling 20 list items in 2020.
A few years back I fell in love with real estate, while searching for my own new home. I loved the feeling I experienced when touring neighborhoods, dreaming about home layouts, and envisioning what a fresh coat of paint or new landscaping might look like. After my family closed and were settled in our house, I decided to take a leap of faith and achieved my real estate license.
For over eight years now, I’ve enjoyed working with families to fulfill their homeownership goals. I love working with people in various stages of life to discover what home fits best current needs. From first time home buyers excited to start a family, to investors looking to increase their portfolios, or empty nesters looking to downsize, I am able to assist in all components of the real estate process.
My passion for real estate and love for the Austin community drives me to be the best I can be in my field. I love spending time downtown Austin playing tourist, and encourage my clients to do the same! Austin has so many places to visit, yummy restaurants to try, and eclectic shops to explore, a day in the city is a never ending adventure.
I take great pride in staying on top of the ever-changing real estate industry updates through continuing education courses and seminars. The best advice I give new homeowners is to keep an updated record of all improvements made to the home. Not only does help with resale value down the road, but also shows future buyers your investment through maintaining the property.
